The Background and Brief
Leading Practice work with and equip practice owners with the necessary skills, insights and strategies to lead effectively and cultivate high performing teams, while building resilience and sustainable growth. The next step of the Leading Practice journey was to bring together the community of private healthcare professions for a day of enlightening exploration of leadership, resilience and growth, featuring world renowned thought Leaders, TED speakers, and accomplished authors and industry experts. Compleat were delighted to work with Leading Practice on their inaugural event.
The Solution
Venue sourcing: Compleat supported by finding a suitable venue that met the requirements.
Registration and Attendee Experience: Compleat created a user friendly, professionally branded registration form which provided an efficient platform for managing bookings.
Speaker Liaison: From the initial introduction all the way through to meeting speakers on the day and running through presentations, Compleat ensured speakers were equipped with all information and were comfortable and prepared for the event.
Conference Brochure: Compleat designed the conference brochure with a clear layout, eye catching design and comprehensive content which effectively showcased the event agenda, speaker profiles and sponsor details and adverts.
Logistics and Operations: Compleat were able to reduce client charges through effective venue search, negotiations and the fine detail. As a local client we were able to mix between face to face and online planning meetings ensuring every detail was covered.
On-site coordination: Compleat undertook the pre-event set up and were on site for the duration of the event, liaising and coordinating with external suppliers ensuring all actions were completed at the correct time.
Gala Dinner: Dressing to impress was the order of the night. Compleat worked alongside the venue, caterers, band and other external suppliers to make sure the night shone and sparkled just like the attendees outfits.
The Result
Engagement: Attendees commented that they walked away feeling inspired, full of energy and many expressed they had their mojo back.
Attendance: Attendees travelled far and wide to attend this event.
