The Background and Brief
Having significantly advanced their research agenda and activity, St Luke’s Hospice were keen to share their experience with other hospices and academic professionals. The desire to share knowledge evolved into the ‘Establishing Research in Your Hospice’ conference.
Having attended other conferences organised by Compleat, the St Luke’s team reached out for support in achieving their vision.
The Solution
Registration and Attendee Experience: Compleat created a user friendly, professionally branded registration form which provided an efficient platform for managing bookings.
Digital Conference Brochure: With a view to reducing waste, the team chose to offer a digital brochure. The brochure, designed and produced by Compleat reduced waste yet allowed attendees to easily access key information including the agenda and speaker profiles.
Logistics and Operations: By conducting a site visit and holding regular planning meetings Compleat were able to support and provide guidance where needed.
On-site coordination: Heather and Georgina were on site for the duration of the event to ensure everything ran smoothly.
The Result
